DELOSPERMA Candystone/2G
Delosperma cooperi 'Jewel of Desert Candystone'
A remarkably free-blooming variety of this native South African plant, Delosperma Candystone does well in the UK and has excellent drought tolerance. Nicknamed the perennial ice plant it will form mats of succulent pale green leaves that will trail over the edge of containers and rockeries, becoming covered in continuously produced vibrant pink flowers from summer into the autumn months. Any good garden soil that is well drained, this evergreen plant may need trimming to shape in spring.
