Alstroemeria 'Summer Chic'
Months of glorious purple flowers each summer! This garden Alstroemeria produces a herbaceous clump of leafy green stems each spring, which are covered in purple flowers with white centres. Once established, this plant is an excellent source of long lasting cut flowers. Stems are best pulled from the base of the plant rather than cut to stimulate further flower production.
Plant Care
Can be grown in patio containers or planted into any average garden soil, avoiding wet areas. A hardy plant, but may need some protection in severe frosts.
