Weigela x hybrida PrismTM 'Magic Carpet'
Compact and colourful with a rounded, bushy habit. The yellow-green new foliage turns warm shades of orange with age, creating a bright backdrop to the tubular-shaped pink flowers that smother this shrub. Attractive to garden pollinators. This plant will lose its leaves in winter to regrow them in spring.

Keep well watered until firmly established. Plant into any good garden soil, avoiding wet areas. Feed with a good general fertiliser in spring. Hardy and easy to grow.

Water thoroughly, or stand pot in a container of water for half an hour before planting. Dig a hole twice the size of the root ball. Remove the pot, place the plant in the hole so that the root ball is level with the surrounding ground and refill, firming if necessary. Keep well watered in dry weather.
