RHS Plants for Pollinators

Armeria pseudarmeria 'Dreamland' (Dreameria Series)

This 'False Sea Thrift' is a true breakthrough, now offering masses of salmon pink pompom blooms over an extended flowering period of up to six months! Hardy and easy to grow in patio containers, rock gardens or borders. Removal of spent flowers encourages more blooms. Attractive to bees and other pollinators.

Plant Care

Keep well watered until firmly established. Plant into any good garden soil, avoiding wet areas. Trim off old blooms and shape in spring.

Height/Width

Water thoroughly, or stand pot in a container of water for half an hour before planting. Dig a hole twice the size of the root ball. Remove the pot, place the plant in the hole so that the root ball is level with the surrounding ground and refill, firming if necessary. Keep well watered in dry weather. Feed in spring with a good, general fertiliser.
