Magnolia 'Genie'
A striking new Magnolia with a compact, upright habit perfect for any garden. Fragrant, deep magenta flowers appear on bare plants in early to mid spring and remain on the plant for several weeks as the green foliage appears. A beautiful, low maintenance magnolia that does not require pruning and holds interest throughout the seasons.
Plant Care
Any average garden soil, avoiding wet areas. Feed in spring with a good general fertiliser. Enjoys full sun to part shade, or a mix of both throughout the day.

Water thoroughly or stand pot in a container of water for half and hour before planting. Dig a hole twice the size of the root ball. Remove the pot, place the plant in hole so that it is level with the surrounding ground, and re fill firming as necessary. Keep well watered in dry weather. Feed in spring with a general fertiliser
