Eucalyptus cinerea 'Silver Dollar'

A more compact variety of Eucalyptus, with stunning silver-blue, round leaves and attractive bark. A fantastically versatile plant that can be used as a contrast colour in gardens, for screening areas, or can be pruned into a variety of shapes for use as a specimen plant. The fragrant foliage can also be used in cut flower displays.

Plant Care

Plant into any well draining, good garden soil, in a sunny position. Best sheltered from cold winter winds. Prune to shape and size. Drought resistant when mature.

Water thoroughly, or stand pot in a container of water for half an hour before planting. Dig a hole twice the size of the root ball. Remove the pot, place the plant in the hole so that the root ball is level with the surrounding ground and refill, firming if necessary. Keep well watered in dry weather.
