Cortaderia selloana 'Tiny Pampa'
A dwarf variety of Pampas grass that only reaches 2ft tall! Strong, thin, green foliage that rustles in the breeze is accompanied from late summer with abundant feathery flower plumes. Fantastic for small or sensory gardens, patio pots, or for use in floral decorations.
Keep well watered until firmly established. Plant in any good, well drained garden soil. Prune out old or dead foliage late winter/early spring.
Water thoroughly, or stand pot in a container of water for half an hour before planting. Dig a hole twice the size of the root ball. Remove the pot, place the plant in the hole so that the root ball is level with the surrounding ground and refill, firming if necessary. Keep well watered in dry weather. Feed in spring with a good, general fertiliser.
