New for 2024

Coronilla valentina subsp. Glauca 'Citrina'

A compact, evergreen shrub, that come winter is smothered in fragrant, pea-like flowers of lemon yellow. Perfect for adding colour to your garden over winter. With pinnate, blue-green leaves, this small shrub is great as a stand alone plant, in patio pots or can be trained up a small trellis or wall.

Plant Care

Keep well watered until firmly established. Plant into any good, well draining garden soil in a sheltered position. Can be trained up a wall.

Planting Instructions

Water thoroughly, or stand pot in a container of water for half an hour before planting. Dig a hole twice the size of the root ball. Remove the pot, place the plant in the hole so that the root ball is level with the surrounding ground and refill, firming if necessary. Keep well watered in dry weather. Feed in spring with a good, general fertiliser.
